In compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), it is to inform that on attaining the age of superannuation, Shri Pramod Kumar Singh, Project Director- Patna and Shri Ravi Sahay, Chief General Manager (Civil) has ceased to be Senior Management Personnel of IRCON w.e.f. 31[st] December, 2023 (EOD).

The requisite details pertaining to the changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A
