Dear Sir/Madam, महोदय / महोदया ,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that pursuant to letter no. 2021/PL/51/13 dated 11[th] May, 2021 of Ministry of Railways Shri Rajesh Argal, Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board [DIN: 09171980] has been appointed as Part- Time Government Director (Additional Director) of the Company with effect from 13[th] May, 2021 (the date of allotment of DIN) till he holds the post of Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board or further order, whichever is earlier.

In compliance with SEBI Circular No. LIS/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and as per the confirmation received from Shri Rajesh Argal, this is to confirm that he has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Brief profile of Shri Rajesh Argal and updated list of Directors are attached as Annexure- 1 & 2 respectively.
