Dear Sir/Madam, महोदय / महोदया,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 11[th] June, 2021 has:

• (1) Re-designated Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh (DIN: 06607392) Director (Finance) and CMD (L/A), as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and KMP of the Company to fill the vacancy caused upon the superannuation of Shri S.K. Chaudhary and;

• (2) Appointed Shri Surajit Dutta, Chief General Manager (Finance-HQ) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in place of Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, CMD (L/A) who is being appointed as CEO of the Company.

Brief profile of Shri Surajit Dutta as CFO is attached as Annexure- 1 .

Particulars	Shri Surajit Dutta
Reason for change	Shri Surajit Dutta, Chief General Manager (Finance-HQ), has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and KMP in place of Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh CMD(L/A).
Date of Appointment	w.e.f. 11thJune, 2021
Brief Profile	Shri Surajit Dutta is CMA, fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountant of India and also holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration from MDU University, Rohtak, Haryana. Shri Surajit Dutta joined IRCON in 2007 as Additional General Manager, Finance, New Delhi. Prior to that, he was working with NHPC Limited and also worked as Director (Finance) in Companhia Dos Caminhos De Ferro Da Beira, Sa, Mozambique (A JV of CFM, Mozambique & Ircon, Rites from India). He has vast Finance experience in Construction and Operation of Railway lines, Bridges, Roads, Electrical Projects, Buildings, Managing railway traffics and Hydro-Electric Power Projects etc. Presently he is working as Chief General Manager (Finance), IRCON and also appointed as Director in the various subsidiaries company of IRCON.
Relation between directors	Shri Surajit Dutta is not related to any other Director of the Company.
