• Assumption of charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director by Shri $(i)$ Yogesh Kumar Misra, Director (Works)/ श्री योगेश कुमार मिश्रा, निदेशक (कार्य) द्वारा अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक के पद का प्रभार ग्रहण करना
• $(ii)$ Relinguishment of additional charge of office of Chairman & Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer by Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, Director (Finance)/ श्री मुकेश कुमार सिंह, निदेशक (वित्त) द्वारा अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी के कार्यालय के अतिरिक्त प्रभार से सेवानिवृत्ति

Dear Sir/ Madam, महोदय / महोदया,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is to inform that in terms of Railway Board Order No.2020/E(O)II/40/2 dated 04th September, 2021 Shri Yogesh Kumar Misra, Director (Works) (DIN: 07654014). IRCON has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of Ircon International Limited w.e.f. 4th September, 2021 (FN). Consequently, Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, (DIN: 06607392) has relinquished the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. 4th September, 2021.

Please find enclosed herewith the updated list of the Board of Directors of IRCON w.e.f. $4th$ T/September, 2021 as Annexure for your information and record.
