PRESS RELEASE
SUPPLEMENT TO THE PRESS RELEASE "APPROVED THE INVESTMENT PROJECT IN CZECH REPUBLIC" OF 21/12/2023
With reference to the investment project relang to the construcon of a new industrial plant in the Czech Republic (the "Project"), referred to in the press release of 21 December 2023, it is specified, in addion to what has already been communicated and without prejudice to the fact that, as already announced, IRCE S.p.A. ("IRCE") will make available to the public, pursuant to and within the terms of the law, an informaon document pursuant to Arcle 71 of the Issuers' Regulaon in order to provide further informaon on the Project, IRCE is exempted from complying with the procedural provisions and transparency contained in Consob Regulaon no. 17221 of 12 March 2010 and lastly amended with resoluon no. 21624 of 10 December 2020, regarding transacons with related pares, pursuant to art. 14, co. 2, of the Regulaon itself and of the art. 6 (i) of the procedure adopted by IRCE in June 2021 as in the subsidiary IRCE SRO, with registered office in the Czech Republic there are no significant interests of other pares related to IRCE.
It should also be noted that the financing provided by IRCE to the subsidiary IRCE SRO amounts to date to approximately Euro 4 million.
