Convocation of the Board of Directors of IRCE SPA
The Board of Directors of IRCE SPA are called for 15 March 2023 at 2.30 pm to discuss and resolve on the following
AGENDA

- Approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2023;
-
- Examination of the consolidated financial statements as at 31/12/2023 and related management report and non-financial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016;
-
- Notice of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;

- Approval of the Annual Report on Corporate Governance;
-
- Approval of the Report on the Remuneration of Directors;
-
- Approval of the Report on the purchase and disposal of own shares;
-
- Approval of the Report on the items on the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting pursuant to art.125-ter Leg. Decree 58/98;
-
- Internal Auditor's report on the activities carried out in 2023 and approval of the 2024 Internal Audit Plan;
-
- Presentation of the Supervisory Body's 2023 report according to Leg. Decree 231/2001.

- Miscellaneous, any other business.
