The Board of Statutory Auditors verifies the independence requirements of the Statutory Auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors of IRCE S.p.a, meeting on May 26, 2017, assessed the independence of its members appointed by the Shareholders' meeting of Aprile 28,2017.

Based on the declarations of the Statutory Auditors and available information, all members have been in possession of the independence requirements of art. 148 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and Art. 3 of the Code of Conduct of Borsa Italiana.
