DATE OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of IRC Limited (the “Company”) will meet on 20 February 2012 and it is contemplated that the Board will resolve that the Executive Committee of the Board be authorised to, inter alia, consider and approve the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2011. The Board hereby announces that a meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday 22 February 2012 for the purpose of, inter alia, considering and approving the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2011 for publication.

As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the Company are Mr G. Jay Hambro, Mr Yury Makarov, and Mr Raymond Kar Tung Woo. The Non-Executive Director is Mr Simon Murray, CBE, Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur. The Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr Daniel Bradshaw, Mr Jonathan Martin Smith and Mr ChuangFei Li.
