DATE OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of IRC Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) met on 8 August 2012 and resolved that the Executive Committee of the Board be authorised to, inter alia, consider and approve the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2012. The Board hereby announces that a meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday 22 August 2012 for the purpose of, inter alia, considering and approving the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2012 for publication.
