IRC: UPDATE ON PROJECT FINANCE
Monday, 16 February 2015: IRC Limited (‘‘IRC’’ or the ‘‘Company’’) — IRC is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 8 December 2014 concerning the Company’s application for an extension of the availability period under the ICBC loan, ICBC has agreed to such extension, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
Although approved by ICBC, drawdown of the facility is subject to completion of a number of conditions. The majority of these conditions have already been met. The only material outstanding condition is for the Petropavlovsk’s refinancing plan referred to in the Company’s previous announcements becoming unconditional. Following fulfilment of all conditions precedent, IRC will have full access to the remaining US$52 million of the K&S project financing loan.
