PETROPAVLOVSK PLC SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE REFINANCING PLAN
Friday, 27th February 2015: IRC Limited (‘‘IRC’’ or the ‘‘Company’’) (Stock Code 1029) advises that Petropavlovsk plc, the 45.4% shareholder of IRC, today published the results of the EGM at which shareholders voted in favour of the Petropavlovsk plc refinancing plan referred to in the IRC announcements of the 3 and 6 February 2015.
Furthermore, IRC is pleased to advise that further to the announcement on 16 February 2015, the approval of the Petropavlovsk refinancing plan means that the final condition precedent required by ICBC for IRC to access the remaining US$52 million of the K&S project finance facility has now been satisfied.
