CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board announces that Mr. Kwok has resigned as Company Secretary and Mr. Chow has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from 14 March 2013.

The Board of directors (“ Board ”) of Lai Sun Development Company Limited (“ Company ”) announces that Mr. Kwok Siu Man (“ Mr. Kwok ”) has resigned as company secretary of the Company (“ Company Secretary ”) with effect from 14 March 2013.

The Board also announces that Mr. Chow Kwok Wor (“ Mr. Chow ”) has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from 14 March 2013. Mr. Chow is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation of Mr. Kwok’s services to the Company during his tenure of office and would also extend its warm welcome to Mr. Chow.
