Please note that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, to consider and take on record, inter-alia:

• a) Consolidated & Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

• b) Declaration of 3[rd] Interim Dividend for financial year 2025-26, if any.

• c) Issue of bonus equity shares, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other requisite approvals.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the “Record Date” for the purpose of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company, will be February 19, 2026.

The Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
