This is in continuation of our earlier disclosure dated October 12, 2023, with respect to implementation of Samakhiyali Santalpur BOT Project (“Project”) and investment in Samakhiyali Tollway Private Limited, the Project SPV (“STPL”) by the Trust. This is to inform that the Trust has completed closing under the definitive agreements executed with the financial investors and STPL and has subscribed to ~99.96% of the equity share capital of STPL.
