Sub: Execution of Amended and Restated Debenture Trust Deed amending certain provisions of the debenture trust deed dated February 17, 2021 entered into between the Company and IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (the “Debenture Trustee”) (the “Original Debenture Trust Deed”)

We refer to our previous letter dated February 22, 2021, intimating the allotment of Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures to India Toll Roads, as the debenture holder, and execution of the Original Debenture Trust Deed.

This is to inform you that the Company has executed an amendment and restatement agreement, which amends and restates the debenture trust deed and have also executed certain other incidental amendments and documents with the Debenture Trustee, each dated as of March 7, 2024.

This is for your information and records, and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
