This is in continuation of our earlier disclosures dated December 14, 2024 and December 16, 2024 with respect to implementation of the Ganga Expressway Project, execution of agreements and investment in Meerut Budaun Expressway Limited (“MBEL”) between the Parties. This is to inform that the Parties have completed closing under the agreements executed for implementation of the Ganga Expressway Project and the Trust has acquired 80.4% of the equity share capital and 80.4% of the debentures of MBEL.
