Sub – Issuance of NCDs by Ganga Expressway Project

This is to inform you that Meerut Buduan Expressway Limited (“MBEL”) i.e. Ganga Expressway Project SPV, an associate of the Company, on May 16, 2023, has allotted Indian-rupee denominated unlisted, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to INR 541.65 Crore on a private placement basis to the Company and GIC affiliate. The Company and GIC affiliate have contributed INR 276.24 Crore and INR 265.41 Crore respectively.
