Subject: Update regarding Rights Issue of IRB Infrastructure Trust

Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to our letters dated July 21, 2023, August 2, 2023 and August 5, 2023, we hereby inform you that IRB Infrastructure Trust (“the Trust”) – Associate of the Company, today has issued and allotted 142,400,000 Units to the eligible unitholders of the Trust for cash at an Issue price of ₹ 200.98* per unit, aggregating to approximately ₹28,619.50 million. The Company being the Sponsor has been allotted 72,800,000 Units of the Trust while GIC Affiliates have been allotted 69,600,000 Units. Post the rights issue, the Company holds approximately 51% units and GIC affiliates hold approximately 49% units in the Trust.

*The Issue Price is ₹200.979634. For presentation purposes only, the Issue Price has been presented as rounded-off to two decimal places.
