Mumbai, November 08, 2023: After witnessing the great going momentum in first two quarters of FY24, the toll collection for IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and its Private InvIT has another fresh start in Q3FY24 on a positive note. Both entities have registered robust growth of 30% in the toll collection of October 2023 on Y-o-Y basis.
The aggregate toll collection for the month of October 2023 is Rs. 4,477 Mn, which was Rs. 3,451Mn in the corresponding month of FY23, i.e., October 2022.
Commenting on the occasion, Shri Amitabh Murarka, Dy CEO of the Company said, “Pleased to see the continuation of momentum built in first two quarters of FY24, also getting continued in the first moth of third quarter. Considering next two months of Q3 are too filled in with festivals and vacations as well, we expect the momentum to continue for the quarter with good traffic growth across all projects; thus, resulting into growing toll collection.” He added, “We also expect start of tolling on the Samakhiyali Santalpur BOT project in Gujarat soon, which would further facilitate better toll revenue.”
