We refer to our earlier disc losure dated February 10, 2021. The Management Adm inistration and Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at the ir meet ing he ld on February 22, 202 1 has approved the allotment of Unlisted, Unrated, Sec ured, Redeemable, Nonconvertible Debentures aggregating to INR 2, 184.55 Crores on a private placemen t basis to Ind ia To ll Roads. For this purpose, the Company has executed the Debenture trust deed and other transacti on documents. Salienl terms of the NCDs are mentioned be low:
