Dear Sir / Madam,

In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. January 31, 2024, has:

• a) appointed Dr. Satinder Singh Rana as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Corporate of the Company with immediate effect. Further, Dr. Rana will be designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

• b) noted that in line with increasing portfolio size of the IRB Infrastructure Trust (“Private InvIT”) and commensurate increase in activities at Private InvIT, responsibilities of Mr. Dhananjay K. Joshi – CEO - Corporate is re-assigned and henceforth he will continue to focus on his responsibilities as CEO – Private InvIT.

The details for the aforementioned changes in the CEO – Corporate as required in pursuance of SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is annexed herewith as Annexure I and II .
