3. Convening the 22[nd] AGM of the Company on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, July 24, 2020 to Tuesday, July 28, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM of the Company.

Post receipt of comments from the NSE, we request you to take on record following amended Para 3 relating to the 22[nd] AGM.

1. Convening the 22[nd] AGM of the Company on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

We further clarify that the Record date for the Final Dividend remains same as stated in Para 2 of our Outcome dated June 18, 2020.
