Re : Intimation of Change in Key Managerial Personnel

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Board in their meeting held today has approved the following change in Key Managerial Personnel:

1. Mr. Anil D. Yadav – Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been designated as the Group Chief Financial Officer due to reassignment of his responsibilities in the Group;

2. Mr. Rushabh R. Gandhi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Following is his brief profile.

Mr. Rushabh Rakesh Gandhi, aged 30 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and also holds a degree in Law. He has been associated with IRB Group for more than 8 years. He has experience in Accounts, Audit, Finance, Taxation and business reorganisation. He has also been actively participating in the fund raising activities of IRB Group in last 5 years.
