The Management Board of IPOPEMA Securities S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that today it was notified, that SSIF Swiss Capital SA ("SwissCapital") with its registered office in Bucharest (Romania) changed itsholding of the Company's shares, as a result of which on 25 January 2021Swiss Capital decreased its holding of the Company's shares and votes atthe Company's general meeting below the 5% threshold.Inaccordance with the above-mentioned notification, before 25 January 2021Swiss Capital held 1,539,039 (in words: one million five hundred andthirty-nine thousand thirty-nine) Company shares entitling it to thesame number of votes at the Company's general meeting, which constituteda 5.14% share in its share capital and the total number of votes at thegeneral meeting of the Company.Currently Swiss Capital holds1,401,189 (in words: one million four hundred and one thousand onehundred eighty-nine) Company shares entitling it to the same number ofvotes at the Company's general meeting, which constitutes a 4.68%respective share in its capital (number of issued shares) and the totalnumber of votes at the general meeting of the Company.SwissCapital also informed the Company that there are no entities controllingor controlled by Swiss Capital with exposure to Company's shares.
