Final settlement of the acquisition price for the purchase of Ella Cheong (Hong Kong) Limited and its subsidiary Ella Cheong Intellectual Property Agency (Beijing) Company Limited

IPH is pleased to announce it has settled the final part of the acquisition price for the purchase of Ella Cheong (Hong Kong) Limited and its subsidiary Ella Cheong Intellectual Property Agency (Beijing) Company Limited by a cash payment of HK$41.5m (approximately A$7m) to the vendors.
