Appointment of Company Secretary

This is to advise that Philip Heuzenroeder has been appointed as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Philip is a solicitor with over twenty years’ experience and has been with the group for approximately 12 years, including as a principal of Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers since 2005.

Philip replaces Malcolm Mitchell as Company Secretary. Malcolm remains as Group Chief Financial Officer.
