Date of 2020 Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations

IPH Limited (IPH) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that it will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting as a virtual meeting on Thursday, 19 November 2020 commencing at 10:30 am (AEST).

In accordance with Rule 6.3(c) of IPH’s Constitution and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 30 September 2020.

Details of the meeting and a formal notice for the 2020 Annual General Meeting will be made available to IPH shareholders in due course.
