Description
IPD Group Limited (‘IPG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Wednesday, 15 December 2021.
The securities of IPG will commence quotation at 12:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 17 December 2021.
IPG raised $39,959,610 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 15 November 2021 by the issue of 16,666,667 shares at an issue price of $1.20 per share and the sale and transfer of 16,633,008 shares at a sale price of $1.20 per share.
