CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

IPD Group Limited ( ASX: IPG or the Company ) announces, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Mr Euh (David) Hwang has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Michael Austin will remain as sole Company Secretary of the Company.

For the purpose of ASX Listing 12.6, Mr Austin will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.

This release has been authorised by the IPD Limited Board of Directors.
