Change of Company Secretary

IPD Group Limited (ASX: IPG) (‘IPG’ or ‘the Company’) advises that Mr Michael Austin has resigned as Company Secretary of IPG. The Board thanks Mr Austin for his hard work and dedication.

IPG is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed Ms Marika White and Ms Jade Cook as joint Company Secretaries effective from 1 December 2022.

Marika brings a wealth of company secretary and executive leadership experience she has significant expertise in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and, combined with her strong understanding of the public and investor relations space. Marika has worked with organisations in the Australian and international markets including an in-house role at Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company in Saudi Arabia.

Jade has experience in a variety of companies in an in-house and outsourced capacity across several jurisdictions. Jade is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance
