Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10[th] August, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the 1[st] quarter ended 30[th] June, 2023 of the financial year 2023-24.

Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, we have already informed vide our letter dated 30[th] June, 2023 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 1[st] quarter ended 30[th] June, 2023 i.e., till 12[th] August, 2023.
