		He was appointed as an Additional Director on the
		Board of the Company with effect from 28,h July,
		2011 and was appointed as the Executive Director
		of the Company with effect from 16th August; 2011.
		Mr. Prashant Godha is not debarred from holding
		the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or
		order by any other competent authority.

	between directors	Godha, Chairman & Managing Director and Mr.
