This is to inform you that Dr. Ramakanta Panda (DIN 01161791) is stepping down as a Director/Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect since he has been disqualified to act as a Director under the provisions of Section 164 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013, in view of one of the private limited company in which he was a Director was not in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

In view of the above, he has ceased to be a Director /Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
