We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Mr. Ryosuke Hasumi has ceased to be the Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of the Company pursuant to his resignation due to other pre-occupation with effect from the close of business hours on May 14, 2026. The Board of Directors place on record their appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Mr. Ryosuke Hasumi during his tenure as a Director of the Company.

A copy of the letter of resignation as received from the Director is enclosed as Annexure – A. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14 (7) 2025-CFD-PoD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure - B.
