Notice of AGM; Annual Report

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Company"), the developer of intellectual property-based businesses, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

·       Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014; and

·       Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting.

Printed copies of these documents together with the Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. Copies are also available electronically on the Investor Relations section of the IP Group website at www.ipgroupplc.com/reports.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on Tuesday 12 May 2015 at the Company's offices at 24 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND.
