IP Group plc - SAYE Scheme; PDMR shareholding

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), which invests in breakthrough science and innovation companies with the potential to create a better future for all, announces the following in connection with its employee share schemes.

Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Sharesave Plan

IP Group has granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares"), under its SAYE Sharesave Plan to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company as detailed below.

In addition to the above, options over a total of 961,933 Shares were granted to certain other employees of the Group under the Sharesave Plan.

All of the above SAYE options have been granted on 28 September 2023 at an exercise price of 46.86 pence per share, with the SAYE contracts commencing on 01 November 2023. The exercise price was set in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs rules for Sharesave plans.

Permitted exercise periods are for a period of six months from the end of the plan period, ordinarily 01 November 2026.

Shares in issue

At the date of this announcement, the Company continues to have 1,063,188,005 Shares in issue and 26,273,218 Shares held in treasury.

The following information is being disclosed pursuant to the requirements of MAR.
