IP Group - Director/PDMR share purchases

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), which invests in breakthrough science and innovation companies with the potential to create a better future for all, has been notified that on 09 March 2023, Greg Smith, Chief Executive Officer, David Baynes, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, and Lady Flint, the wife of Sir Douglas Flint, Chairman, purchased a total of 35,052, 35,068 and 46,000 Shares of 2p each respectively as outlined in the below table.
