IP Group plc - Director/PDMR share purchase
IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), which develops world-changing science and technology businesses across life sciences, technology and cleantech, has been notified that on 14 June 2022, Sir Douglas Flint, Chairman, and Greg Smith, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 30,000 and 7,000 Shares of 2p each respectively as outlined in the below table.
