Oro Verde Limited (ASX: OVL) (“Oro Verde” or “the Company”) advises that after completing due diligence it will not be proceeding to acquire a suite of copper, gold and silver projects in the Andean Cordillera of San Juan Province, on the Chilean border of Argentina from Argentina Mining Limited (ASX: AVK).
