LATE LODGEMENT OF APPENDIX 3Y

Ionic Rare Earths Limited (“IonicRE” or the “Company”) (ASX: IXR) , provide two attached Appendix 3Y for Timothy Harrison and Maxwell McGarvie.

The Company notes that the notifications of the expiration of Options on 24 November 2024 held by Timothy Harrison and Maxwell McGarvie were not lodged within the required time frame due to an administrative oversight. No other changes in interests occurred at that time.

The Company took immediate action to complete and lodge the Appendix 3Y for Timothy Harrison and Maxwell McGarvie as soon as it became aware of the oversight.

The Company and Directors are aware of the requirements under the ASX Listing Rules, and the Company considers this an isolated incident.
