Further to the Company’s announcement on 11 July 2013 regarding a pro rata nonrenounceable entitlements issue to raise up to $1,138,571 before costs (“Entitlements Issue”), The Company confirms that it has completed the dispatch of the Entitlements Issue Offer Document along with the Entitlement and Acceptance Form to shareholders.
