CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Ionic Rare Earths Limited (“IonicRE” or the “Company”) (ASX: IXR) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, the appointment of Anshu Raghuvanshi of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as the Company Secretary of the Company effective 16 April 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mark Licciardo of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as Company Secretary effective 16 April 2026.

The Board would like to acknowledge Mr Licciardo’s contribution to the Company Secretary role during his tenure.
