DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Oro Verde Limited (“Oro Verde” or “the Company”) (ASX: OVL) advises that Dr Bradford Farrell has resigned as a director of the Company, effective immediately. As a result, resolution 3, Re-election of Dr Bradford Farrell as a Director, will be withdrawn from the agenda for the 2018 annual general meeting of the Company.
Dr Farrell joined the board in November 2011 as Technical Director at a time when the Company was transitioning from a technology software and service company to a mineral resource exploration company.
The Board thanks Dr. Farrell for his guidance and wishes him well and success in his next venture.
