DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Oro Verde Limited (“Oro Verde” or “the Company”) (ASX: OVL) is pleased to advise that Dr. Marc Steffens has been appointed a director of the Company to take effect at the conclusion of today’s Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Dr Steffens is a minerals engineer with a PhD in metallurgy from the WA School of Mines. His experience covers a broad range of commodities and includes areas of project evaluation, project management and process development.
