APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Ezenet Limited (ASX: EZE) (“Ezenet”) is pleased to announce that Mr Brett Dickson has been appointed Joint Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mr Dickson has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance and is a Certified Practising Accountant. He has considerable experience in the resource sector having worked both in the minerals and oil & gas sectors. His experience not only covers Australia but includes countries as diverse as Finland, the Ukraine, Papua New Guinea, South Africa and Mexico.

More recently he has focused on the start-up, listing, restructuring, management and financing of companies active in mineral resources and has been instrumental in the foundation or restructure of a number of ASX listed companies.
