TRADING HALT
The securities of Southern Gold Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 6 April 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Southern Gold Limited (ASX:SAU) requests a trading halt be put on its securities immediately pending an announcement of a material acquisition to the market.
Southern Gold Limited can see no reason why a trading halt should not be put on its securities.
The suspension is expected to be lifted by no later than before commencement of trading on Wednesday 6 April 2016 following an announcement of the transaction.
