Release of Southern Uranium Shares from Escrow

Southern Gold Limited (ASX:SAU) wishes to advise that the 45,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares it owns in Southern Uranium Limited (ASX:SNU) have been released from escrow provisions imposed at the time of listing of SNU and are now able to be traded on the ASX.
