We are pleased to enclose a copy of the prospectus for the Initial Public Offer of Southern Uranium Limited along with a personalised priority subscription application form.
Southern Uranium has established a strong and capable team with broad expertise and skills in exploration, mining and commercial ventures which will ably quide the Company in its development and growth.
The funds raised under this prospectus will be applied to the established exploration programme in the Gawler Craton and to the acquisition and development of new advanced uranium projects elsewhere in Australia.
