APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Southern Gold Limited wishes to advise that Mr Nick Harding, currently Chief Financial Officer of the company, has been appointed to the additional position of Company Secretary effective from today. He takes over from Mr Mick Billing who will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Harding is a FCPA and F Fin with qualifications in accounting, finance and corporate governance and has more than 24 years experience in the resources industry. He has previously held a number of senior financial roles in Australia with WMC Resources, Normandy Mining Limited and Newmont Australia Limited.
