Notice is hereby given that I am investigating the title of M/s. Skyrise Enterprises, a registered partnership firm having its Office at A-202, Skyrise Apartments, Central Avenue Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400 071 to the property described in the Schedule hereunder. M/s. Skyrise Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "the Developers" ) by Development Agreement dated 15th August, 1998 duly registered by Deed of Confirmation dated 21st July, 2011 under Serial No. BDR-13/6091/2011 executed between M/s.
